the apartment is in a safe neighborhood with super market, cafe, banks, only one block away. city center is 4 km far and there is bus station in walking distance and metro station 20' walking. but you can use the car also. from metro station downtown is only 7 minutes.
the apartment is luxury with wooden floors has 3 bdrs, 2 ensuites bathroom.
the master bedroom has a private terrace with a swing. all bedrooms have a great mountain view. you can do jogging in the mountain (5'by car) or swim at the beach (20'-30'by car).
there is a spacious living room with a terrace with plantes (give them some water please )...
a dinning room for 6 people, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. dishwasher,oven,micro and coffeemaker.
tere are also washing machine, ironboard, and also a treadmill and an work out device with weights.
in the living room there is a desk with a pc with tft screen and dsl connection. you can make phone calls to usa, europe and some other countries for free. but CAUSION not to every country. ask me first.
