Luxury 2-bedroom,2-bath condo, very sunny, with glassed-in sun porch overlooking lovely view, all amenities, a beautiful lobby!
I live in a secure gated community just north of Washington DC with easy access by bus and metro. The condo, beautifully furnished, contains washer/ dryer, dishwasher, large TV, DVD, etc.
The community has indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, golf course, library, 2 restaurants, 2 churches, medical center, game rooms, walking paths, etc.
Nearby is a theatre and lovely nature parks. Downtown Washington DC has many museums, including The Smithsonian (all museums gratis), Air and Space, The Capitol, White House, etc. with many fine restaurants and galleries. The capital of USA is a sightseer's paradise... and you can be very comfortable in my condo (photos)!
I am a single semi-retired teacher/ playwright/ . I love theatre, the arts, music and meeting new people. I lived in Rome for 2 years and Siena for two summers and speak a little Italian. Please email if you have any questions! Could also do a nonsimultaneous exchange. Jeanne

Hello!
This is one of my two places, the other an apartment in New York City. I'm in the Arts ~~ perform 3 one-woman shows, have directed (recently South Pacific and The King and I), and have just finished a screenplay on Ireland.
I am writing a second script now and would like to spend time in Europe, preferably a small town, and would like a long stay of 2 - 3 months if possible! I would like a comfortable place to stay in exchange for my condo or apartment. I lived in Italy for a while and especially love Rome and Siena, Florence and Venice, but am open to ideas, especially along the seacoast in the summer. I love people, music, museums, culture --and visiting new places!
As a former teacher, I'm very responsible and would take very good care of your home (and your animal). I am an older woman, quiet and clean.
