| Our Grand Lake, Colorado home is at 9000 feet and borders Rocky Mountain National Park. It sleep 6-10, has an unreal kitchen and is log in the main area. The views of the Never Summer Range are awesome and you feel like you can touch the Milky Way Galaxy at night. It is very quiet and on a dead end road. It is a Colorado playground both winter and summer. Grand Lake is a big summer tourist destination with its' 3 lakes and plenty of outdoor activities. In the winter you can cross-country ski, snow shoe or snowmobile right out your front door. Downhill skiing is just 35 miles away at the world renowned Winter Park Ski Area. We are looking to trade for a home or large condo in the Wailea area preferably on the beach. We live full time in Littleton, a suburb of Denver, (which we would also consider trading) so are open to dates long or short term.

| We are a family of 5. My wife a 10 year old boy, 8 year old girl and 5 year old boy. We live in the Littleton, Colorado for the past 20 years and have decided we are going to enjoy my temporary retirement for a while. Our children are home schooled and well mannered. We have traveled frequently and are looking to spend more quality time with our family and thought an exchange would be a great idea. We are open to other areas as well but have been to Maui several times and are considering moving there, so would like to spend some quality time there to look around. |
