| Condo on hillside 15 minutes from downtown San Miguel. Square footage includes 'terraza' w/ covered dining area,plants,portable fireplace. Condo has two fireplaces,in LR and BR. Living room has small balcony facing garden w/ fountain. Also has small patio w/ sink off kitchen. Includes maid one day a week for 4 hours. Very quiet and pleasant w/ wonderful breezes in summer. Very secure w/ extra iron gate at top of stairs at entrance. Terraza has running water and electricity. Bedroom has double bed w/ pullout double in LR.
