| I'm a professional engineer and live alone in this home. I'm a non-smoker and currently have no pets. I'm an avid golfer and there are 60 public courses within a 45 minute drive of my home. I also enjoy biking and there is an extensive bike path system in Ottawa which can be accessed by crossing one street. The Ridea Canal, Dow's Lake and botanical gardens are all within a ten minute walk. Little Italy is a ten minute walk to the west, Chinatown a 15 minute walk to the north and the trendy Glebe area is 15 minutes east. Parliament Hill is only a 30 minute walk from my door. Montreal is two hours away by car or train and Toronto is four hours away. |
