This is a large 1906 house, that was split into 2 in the 1980s. We occupy the bottom half and have our own large garden, accessible directly from the rear doors. The garden is laid mainly to lawn (doubles as football and trampoline area).

There are 4 bedrooms and a playroom/ computer room. The kitchen / diner directly overlooks the garden, with views across the valley.

Bluehouse Lane is a country lane leading from Oxted town centre which is 10 minutes walk away. Oxted to London Victoria is 35 minutes on the train and the station is 10 minutes walk from the house. Oxted has a swimming pool, library and all the main shops.

The surrounding areas all national trust and woodland trust woodland - the Northdowns Way passes close by and is a frequent path for hikers.
