Ideally nestled in the Cayman Islands, on a pristine white sand beach, inside a serene cove with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, is Villa Bellagio. Villa Bellagio our newly constructed (completed mid October 2003), spacious two story rental villa located in the tranquil residential and resort community of Cayman Kai, Rum Point on the north shore of Grand Cayman, is the perfect choice for a vacation villa. Offering guests stunning views of the ocean and the cove from almost every room, Villa Bellagio is the ideal location for your private beachfront Caribbean vacation.
Villa Bellagio, Grand Cayman was designed as a weekend family holiday villa, with five large bedrooms and four full bathrooms and after having experienced the joys of beachfront vacationing, we decided to share it with others.
Being located in a protected cove lends to the beauty and charm of our Caribbean villa rental. Our 16 year old daughter loves to kayak in the cove, drifting for hours searching the ocean floor, through the glass bottomed kayak, for fish, turtles and coral. The cove is a no wake zone meaning that boats can not travel at speeds in excess of 5 mph, thus making it safe to drift around. The cove also offers protection from bad weather, when the ocean outside the cove is turbulent there is hardly any change in the wave action inside the cove, making it always beautifully calm.
Our 17 month old son enjoys playing with his beach toys on the powdery white sand beach. It is safe for him to play at the waters edge because in the cove there are no waves that can topple him over or drag him out to sea. He collects sea shells from the shoreline and because he can see the fish in the water, he tries to collect these as well.
Swim with the Stingrays, a 10 minute boat ride away, at the World Famous Sandbar and StingRay City. Swimming, snorkeling, fishing, boating, jet skiing, sailing, parasailing, wind surfing, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, walking, golfing, scuba diving and bird watching are all within a few minutes of your vacation villa.

RATES INCLUDE:
Included in Villa Bellagio’s daily rate are the Government tax & service charge. Please be aware that other rates found at many accommodation properties in the Cayman Islands may not include these and can add an additional 15% -25% to your final bill.
Maid service is provided according to your stay ie. once daily if paying nightly.
Reservations:
A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required within five (5) business days to confirm the reservation with Villa Bellagio, Cayman Islands. Final payment is due sixty (60) days (ninety (90) days for Winter reservations) prior to departure.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 20% of the total rental cost. Cancellations received sixty (60) days or less prior to departure are subject to a 35% charge. Cancellations received thirty (30) days or less prior to departure are NON-REFUNDABLE. Winter cancellations are generally NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to another stay availability permitting.
VILLA BELLAGIO, CAYMAN ISLANDS strongly suggest that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Security and Damage Deposits:
A US $ 500.00 refundable deposit is required. The deposit is refunded within thirty (30) to ninety (90) days after departure.
The villa is cleaned for your arrival & on your departure. Maid service available for an additional charge.
We meet our guests at the airport and personally escort them to the villa.
