Click on the "My Account " menu item (top of every page)
If you are already signed in, you will go directly to the My Account area.

Otherwise you must Sign In by giving your MemberID and password

• Forgot your Member ID? Use the Email address you provided us.
• Forgot your password? We can send your password to you now.

After you sign in, you will be on a page titled My Account
From the menu on the right side of the page, choose "Edit My Properties"
You are now on a page titled Edit My Properties"

If you have multiple property listings, click for more help about finding your listing

After you find the correct listing, or if you only have one listing.

You can delete your property listing

• click the "change" button on the "Listing Controls" section.
• Then click the indicator by the word "Delete" and then click the Submit button.

Usually a smarter choice is to just Hide your property since you can edit it and republish it later.

You can Hide your property listing so that only you can see it

• click the "change" button on the "Listing Controls" section.
• Then click the indicator by the word "Hide" and then click the Submit button.

To make the property visible again.

• Click the "change" button on the "Listing Controls" section.
• Then click the indicator by the word "Publish" and then click the Submit button.
