We have a 2BR apartment located right in the immigrant and artistic heart of New York City. It's in an old tenement building, one flight up. Wooden floors, lots of books, arty bohemian kinda place with a turn-of-the-century German upright piano. Not too many frills other than that, but quite a large space for downtown New York City.
