I would like to exchange my lovely apartment in Berlin. The apartment is right in the centre of the city, in walking distance to the Potsdamer Platz and bus and subway stations are right around the corner. Washing machine, hardwood floors, and almost new furniture. very clean and cozy.
I am open to any offers, and am particularly interested in Barcelona, Reykjavík, Amsterdam and New York at the moment.

 this location is not yet available, sorry. Its a wooden house swedish style on the enchanted island of Valentinswerder in Berlin, Germany. Comes with two sleeping rooms, livingroom, kitchen and oven. It is situated in the middle of a nature reserve an comes with friendly neighbours and a rowing boat.
Peacefull! The ferry to the mainland operates in winter only on weekends!

My home is a lovely and very calm 1-piece in the very heart of berlin. there is a small kitchen and a light 18m² bedroom with a window to the south. the window faces a typical berlin 'mietshaus' yard with a tree and a little lawn. 5 minutes walk to the tram, 7 minutes walk to the underground, 10 minutes walk to the s-bahn.
