we have an apartment on the lower east side, Orchard and Broome streets. It is a studio newly renovated with lots of direct sunlight. 3rd floor walkup close to the trains and walking distance to Soho and east village. Lots of new restaurants and shops nearby. Well let us know if you want pictures

Looking to swap with someone in LA starting September. We are a couple with 2 very sweet dogs driving cross country.
The apt is in a 4 apartment brownstone building in a quite area in Brooklyn 1/2 block from subway. Plenty of parking and bus service also.
We are leaving it furnished for a while, w/computer, cable, high speed internet, massage chair, and all sorts of gadets.
Length of stay is open.
