The house its near de subway inside Madrid. It has swimming pool, fitness, paddle and 17.000 m2 of garden. Its modern, with a big salon and a kitchen for eating 6 person.
Madrid is the capital of Spain, a beautiful city with one of the more important museum of the world (El Prado), plenty of gardens and nice buildings.

 We live in Arganda, a town ery near the centre of Madrid (25min) with easy access by tube or bus. Our flat is a 1 year old two floors penthouse in a modern building.
