Sandpiper's Nest is a Key-West inspired OCEANFRONT home located on 90 feet of prime property between Ponte Vedra Beach and St. Augustine, Florida. The one level home is especially suited for families with small children or any individuals not wanting to climb stairs. The house contains a large living-dining-kitchen area which is completely open to the huge rear deck and the beach beyond. Decorated in the cool pastels of Key West, Sandpiper's Nest includes such amenities as vaulted wood ceilings and plantation shutters. The small galley kitchen contains a large side-by-side refrigerator with water through the door, glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessities to prepare gourmet meals. The master bedroom is very large, with a king size bed, a sitting area, and a private bath. It opens onto the rear deck and the ocean beyond. The 'junior master' contains a queen size bed, has valuted wood ceilings, a private television, and its own bath. The third bedroom is a child's delight. A triple bunkbed, television and vcr, and games and toys will insure that little ones are entertained, even on rainy days. The rear deck extends the length of the house and opens to an area approximately 16 by 20 feet in the middle. A walkway leads from the deck down to the beach. The house is completely equipped: all linens, kitchen supplies, three televisions, VCR, CD player, charcoal grill, even beach chairs and beach towels. A double garage keeps the salt spray off cars, and two family size washers and dryers insure that laundry is a snap. The beach is very private since the house is located in a residential area---no hotels or condos in sight!!!--- but it is just 6 miles from downtown historic St. Augustine and within easy driving distance to numerous shops, restaurants, golf courses, and attractions. We do not accept ANY pets under ANY conditions.
