This condo was totally renovated in August of 1999 with a new exterior, new roof and re-furnished with all new appliances, tile, carpets, fixtures, furniture and paint inside & out. It is in like new condition.
Princeville Resort, voted the best resort on Kauai and the 8th best in the world by Conde Nast Traveler, dramatically situated on a bluff between the blue Pacific Ocean and craggy, green, mystical mountains, is indescribably majestic. The world famous beaches of Hanalei Bay and Lumahai, and the spectacular scenery (the movie Jurassic Park was filmed here), are just a short, scenic drive away. Our condo at The Cliffs is nestled on 22 acres of paradise overlooking the Pacific Ocean and surrounded by lush, tropical greenery. It is a spacious 1100 square feet with a very large master suite with TV, king bed, full tub & shower and a private lanai facing West to the ocean, Bali Hai, and the sunsets. The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen also have another large private lanai facing East to the morning sunrises. There is a queen sofa sleeper and another full bath off the main living area, allowing four guests total privacy.
As a guest at The Cliffs you are offered discounts on the world class 18 hole Prince course, ranked Number 1 in Hawaii and Number 43 of "America's 100 Greatest Golf Courses" and the 27 hole Makai course, Number 7 in Hawaii and also in the top 100 by Golf Digest. The Cliffs, an RCI Gold Crown and Interval International 5-Star rated complex, features four tennis courts, pool, two Jacuzzi spas, sauna, putting green and sand bunker, recreation center, gas BBQ's, and a full time staff with activities and tour director.

Low Season: All other times. $110 per night based on a 3 night minimum, $89/nt weekly and only $69/nt monthly.
