Located at the heart of the world-famous North Shore, some of the best and consistent surfing sites on the planet are just steps from your door. Directly in front is World Famous "Sunset," the second Jewel of the Triple Crown of Surfing and home to several contests in the winter months. To your left are "Kammie Land" and "Rocky Point". The "Backyards" surfing and windsurfing spots are to your right. These world-class surfing breaks are consistently rideable during the Winter Months (October through March).
Upstairs, there is a gourmet kitchen, two master bedroom suites, large living room, and dining area, all with panoramic ocean views. Dining area features an unforgettable view of Sunset Beach and the Famous Sunset Point, arguably one of the best waves in the world, where you can eat and relax watching spectacular Pacific Sunsets and World Class Surfing. The dining table can seat as many as 12 guests and the house is equipped with a Bose stereo system. Downstairs, there is an Entertainment Room with Television, VCR, Internet, FAX, and Cable-TV service. There are two spacious bedrooms and a full bath, one bedroom having a beach front panoramic view. There's a two car garage, gas grill and security alarm. A spacious, well kept lawn fronts a secluded white sand beach and warm, tropical ocean. The hallmark of this property is a private custom made Jacuzzi. This cobalt blue tiled Jacuzzi seats up to 15 people, is surrounded by an expansive BBQ deck and is perfect for entertaining friends, family, parties and small weddings. (Additional fees for parties, and weddings upon approval by owner.)
Find fantastic sailing, windsurfing, whale-watching, and beachcombing on miles of expansive white sand beaches. Hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian trails are found in the Koolau Mountains nearby. Bicycles, kayaks, and water sports equipment available in a secure storage area. Three golf courses, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping are only a 15 minute drive away by car or city bus.
